Refund Policy

1. What this covers

This policy applies to paid plans on InfiNet Spectre at osint.infinet.services. The free plan is not a purchase and is not refundable.

2. Monthly plans

Unlimited Monthly is billed each month. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the period already paid.

If you email us within 7 days of the first charge for Unlimited Monthly, we will refund that charge. Renewal charges are not refunded after the renewal date, except where the law requires it.

3. Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase. You can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, the Lifetime Access fee is not refunded.

4. How to request a refund

Email admin@infinet.services from the email address on your InfiNet Spectre account. Include the plan name and the date of the payment. We reply within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on that payment provider.

5. When a refund is not available

We do not refund charges when an account is closed for abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use of Spectre.
